Getting realistic numbers
- Lift passes: many resorts use dynamic pricing, and buying online in advance is often cheaper than at the ticket window.
- Accommodation: peak weeks (Christmas, New Year and school holidays) can cost far more than January or March.
- Flights: remember the sports-equipment or extra-bag fee if you bring a board — see flying with a snowboard.
